Individual coaching session – £65 (a discount of 10% is offered when booking 3 or more sessions)

This programme is an introduction to the "Finding Your Path From Burnout To Fulfilment" programme.
We will find out where you are on your journey, your goals and aspirations, establishing your obstacles and ways in which you can overcome them (building your personalised wellness and resilience action plan
We will focus on building your inner strength and ability to bounce back from adversities
We will work out together how to make lemonade when life serves you lemons
5 sessions carried out fortnightly or three weekly – £225 (discount of £25) payable upfront via bank transfer. An introduction to plant based, gluten and sugar free living which will improve your health, boost your resilience, and improve your overall well-being.
We will dive into the realm of nourishing and "free from" foods, exploring the vibrant world of healthy eating
We will assess your dietary patterns and identify better options tailored to your unique needs
Together, we'll craft a gradual transition plan towards a plant-based lifestyle and, based on your preferences, explore gluten- and/or sugar-free options that are equally delightful
Our focus will also encompass devising your weekly meal plan and uncovering more nutritious alternatives to enhance your well-being and vitality
